Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and wx999 ("wx999", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing the wx999 website at wx999.pro, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the wx999 platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the wx999 platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

wx999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Notification of material changes will be communicated via the platform's announcement system or by email to the address registered on your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use a wx999 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are using the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person for the purposes of gambling.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from wx999 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or agent of wx999 or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are depositing and wagering your own funds and not funds belonging to a third party.

wx999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the applicable KYC verification has been completed to wx999's satisfaction. Any player found to have provided false identity information will have their account closed and any balance forfeited in accordance with wx999's fraud prevention policy.

Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) wx999 account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, wx999 reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any bonuses, and forfeit any winnings derived from gaming activity conducted across those accounts.

When registering a wx999 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update your account details promptly if any information changes.

• You must choose a strong, unique password for your wx999 account and must not share it with any third party.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, including any bets placed or deposits made.
• wx999 will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• You must notify wx999 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your wx999 account to any other person.

Deposits & Payments

wx999 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in PKR. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. wx999 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside of wx999's control.

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the wx999 platform for deposits:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• EasyPaisa mobile wallet
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) bank transfer
• UBL (United Bank Limited) bank transfer
• SadaPay digital wallet
• USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency)

All funds deposited into your wx999 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties are not permitted and will be returned to the source. wx999 does not accept deposits made from credit cards issued outside of Pakistan.

wx999 reserves the right to decline, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit where there is reason to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Deposits that cannot be verified to the satisfaction of wx999's compliance team will be returned to the originating payment method where technically feasible.

Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests will only be processed after the player has completed wx999's KYC identity verification process to the required standard. wx999 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method that was used to make the most recent deposit, in accordance with wx999's anti-money laundering obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is clearly stated in your account's cashier section and is subject to periodic review. wx999 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard withdrawal requests; however, processing times vary by payment method:

• JazzCash withdrawals: processed within 30 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• EasyPaisa withdrawals: processed within 30 minutes during standard operating hours.
• HBL and UBL bank transfers: typically processed within 1–3 business days subject to bank processing times.
• SadaPay withdrawals: typically processed within 30 minutes.
• USDT TRC20 withdrawals: processed within 1 hour subject to blockchain confirmation times.

wx999 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where fraud prevention checks are ongoing, where the account has not completed KYC verification, or where wx999 has a reasonable suspicion that the account is being used in breach of these Terms. In such cases, the player will be notified by the support team and given the opportunity to provide clarifying information.

Bonuses & Promotions

wx999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence in relation to that promotion.

General bonus rules applicable to all wx999 promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each eligible player may claim each promotion once only, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and will be converted to real money only upon full satisfaction of the stated wagering requirement.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be removed from the account automatically.
• wx999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of cancellation will be notified.
• Bonuses may not be used to fund certain game types. Restrictions on eligible games are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• wx999 may at its absolute discretion withhold or void a bonus where it determines that the bonus has been obtained by fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise improper means.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the wx999 platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, or bingo. These product-specific rules are published within each game or betting market on the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

The following general rules apply to all gaming activity on wx999:

• All bets are final once confirmed. wx999 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed, except where the platform's Cash Out feature is available and the player chooses to exercise it.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, wx999 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the stake to the player.
• wx999 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games, including slots and virtual casino table games. All RNG systems are independently audited for fairness and compliance.
• Live dealer games are streamed from professional studios. The outcome of live games is determined by the physical result observed on camera. In the event of a stream interruption, the round will be resolved based on the recorded footage where available.

• Maximum win limits may apply to individual games and are stated within each game's paytable or rules page. Winnings in excess of the stated maximum win limit will be capped at that limit.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wx999 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited activities will have their account suspended or closed immediately, any balance may be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities where legally required:

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening multiple accounts or colluding with other players to exploit bonuses or promotions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the wx999 platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds from illicit sources or structuring transactions to conceal their origin.
• Placing bets in a coordinated manner with other players to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage betting) in a manner that wx999 determines to be abusive.
• Attempting to access the wx999 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law while misrepresenting your location through a VPN or proxy service.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward wx999 support staff or other players on any platform feature that includes a chat function.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the wx999 platform, including but not limited to the wx999 name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and compiled data, is the property of wx999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use wx999's intellectual property for any purpose other than accessing the platform for personal gaming use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the wx999 platform without the prior written consent of wx999. Any unauthorised use of wx999's intellectual property may give rise to legal liability.

Privacy & Data Protection

wx999's collection, use, and processing of your personal data is governed by the wx999 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

wx999 processes personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity records for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the wx999 platform experience. wx999 does not sell your personal data to third parties.

Responsible Gaming

wx999 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years. Players who have not completed KYC age verification will have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete. wx999 employs age verification technology and manual review processes to identify and prevent underage gambling.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wx999 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the wx999 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage or system failure.

wx999 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption or error. wx999 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, particularly in circumstances beyond wx999's reasonable control including network outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.

In any event, wx999's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits you have made to your wx999 account in the 12 calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Closure

wx999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a player account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or the specific rules of any game or promotion on the platform.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a regulatory or law enforcement instruction to do so.
• Where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the wx999 platform or to other players.
• Where the player has engaged in any prohibited activity as described in Section 8 above.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, wx999 reserves the right to withhold any balance in that account pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons not related to player breach — for example, wx999 choosing to withdraw from a particular market — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting wx999 support via live chat or by email. Voluntary account closures are processed within 48 hours. If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, please request self-exclusion rather than a standard account closure, as self-exclusion provides additional safeguards.

Amendments to Terms

wx999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page. The effective date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — wx999 will provide reasonable advance notice via the platform announcement system or by email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the wx999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the revised Terms take effect. Continued use after the effective date will be treated as unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your wx999 account, a bet settlement, a payment, or any other aspect of the platform, you should in the first instance contact the wx999 support team via live chat or email. wx999 aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the standard support process, you may escalate it to wx999's dedicated complaints team by emailing the address stated in Section 17 with the subject line "Formal Complaint". Formal complaints will be reviewed by a senior member of the wx999 team and a written response will be provided within 14 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, you may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution service designated by wx999's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution service are available on request from the wx999 support team.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which wx999 holds its international gaming licence. The choice of governing law does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the governing jurisdiction. wx999 and you both irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts for such purpose.
